Once you have completed the ordering process, you will receive an order confirmation from us to the email address you provided.
If you cannot find any email in your inbox after some time, please also check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find an order confirmation, please contact us so that we can provide information as quickly as possible.

As soon as we have packed your order and handed it over to our shipping service provider, you will be notified by email.
The email also contains a tracking number that you can use to keep yourself updated at any time.

Unfortunately, adjustments to your order are no longer possible after the order process has been completed.
If you wish to cancel your order safely, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop it before it is shipped.

The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days.
If you have ordered a grate, delivery can take up to 14 working days.

Delivery may take a little longer under certain circumstances - for example, if the order volume is unexpectedly high.
Despite all our efforts, we will deliver your package as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs within Germany are €4.99. Shipping costs are waived for orders over €100.
The shipping costs for orders to Austria are a flat rate of 13.99€.
Can I track the delivery?

As soon as your order has been packaged, the shipping label will be printed. Once the shipping label has been printed, you will automatically receive an email with the shipping confirmation.
This email contains the tracking number that you can use to track your package.
If there is no status update after approximately 1 day, please contact us.

We're sorry you're not satisfied with our products. Should you decide to return your order, you have a 14-day right of return from the date of delivery.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it as quickly as possible. If everything is OK with the return, you will receive a refund. Since the refund is processed through a third-party service, it may take longer. Typically, the money should be credited within 3-4 days of a successful return.

Unfortunately, your order may have been rejected. This could be because the item is no longer in its original condition.
Our returns department carefully checks each return and states the reason for rejection in the email.
